All of the guides were wonderful and gave us their card, kindness, caring, information and feedback questionnaire to fill out and sign with envelope.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Your services were fantastic. In all 4 cities that we visited, the guides were at the airports on time to pick us up. They were always on time in the morning. Every single guide was really friendly and helpful and spoke English well so we had no trouble understanding any of them. They really wanted to make sure we were taken care of and they all gave us the survey forms . The vans were also very large and comfortable for the family with water bottles. The Sheraton hotels were also very comfortable and we got connecting rooms in both cities which was very helpful to keep the family together. The overall itinerary was also very good and we enjoyed all the sites at the various cities.

The only minor suggestion I would have is on the food. The restaurants selected in Beijing, Xi'an and Guilin were all great. The guides all knew we were vegetarian and made it a point to make sure we were completely take care of - we never had to even order food - they spoke to us to get our preferences and then directly to the waiters and took care of all the dishes.
